K 2022: Solution to 80 Sets of Molds
Project Background: A top new energy vehicle OEM has a total of 80 sets of interior and exterior decoration molds. In order to ensure the smooth T1, their original plan was to unpack 3 mold factories and start at the same time. We promised our customers that we were fully capable of undertaking the project and ensured that the process didn’t require any personnel to follow up the project progress.
Success Factors: In the early stage, we cooperated with customers to keep the design nodes. In the middle stage, we relied on the digital management of SAP and EMS, as well as the support of high-precision 5-axis and automatic equipment group. In the later stage, we standardize the operation of key processes such as research, matching and die spotting.

K 2022: Solution to Multi-Color molding, Super-Large Molding integrated Scheme
2022 is destined to be an extraordinary year for Kaihua Group. Zhejiang Jingkai Molding Technology, a subsidiary of Kaihua Group, will officially put into production this year, among which 15 injection molding machines will come to the automotive Technology Division at the end of November, and 13 injection molding machines will be installed and trailed by the logistics and medical Business Division at the end of October. The injection molding machine with a maximum of 5500T will create value for customers through molding integration with a new gesture.
