KaiHua | 2024 fourth quarter Marketing Conference

On the morning of January 4th, Kaihua's 2024fourth quarter marketing conference was successfully held at its headquarters in Huangyan. Managers and marketing personnel from ZheJiang Kaihua Moulds Co.,Ltd, TaiZhou Kaihua Automobile Moulds Co.,Ltd, Zhejiang Jingkai MOULD & Plastic Technology Co., Ltd, Shanghai Jingkai MOULD & Plastic Technology Co., Ltd, Zhejiang Jingkai International Trade Co., Ltd, Shenzhen Branch, Kaihua US Marketing Department, TaiZhou Gincare Industrial Designing Center and other departments attended the meeting.

At the beginning of the conference, Kaihua CEO Daniel Liang delivered a speech. Daniel Liang first gave full recognition to the marketing work in the fourth quarter and expressed sincere gratitude to all Kaihua marketing elites for their hard work. He thanked all Kaihua marketing personnel for their diligence, close unity, and important contributions to the development of the company. Subsequently, the focus of work for the first quarter of 2025 was identified, requiring Kaihua everyone to improve efficiency internally and standardize everything; To expand the market externally, refine every service and achieve differentiation for Kaihua.

At the meeting, the Kaihua commended individuals and teams who performed outstandingly in the fourth quarter. The uphill road is difficult to walk on, but hard work is imminent; A ship is difficult to sail against the wind, but perseverance will lead to success. I believe that with the joint efforts of all marketers, Kaihua will be able to achieve even better results in the future!

Subsequently, based on the internal and external reality, Daniel Liang proposed four key indicators for the first quarter of 2025, namely "orders", "profit", "efficiency", and "leverage", to let more people know about the strength of Kaihua, the king of molds, saving you one-third of your time! We will spare no effort to create a new situation!

At the end of the meeting, Daniel Liang provided special training for Kaihua all sales personnel, discussing issues such as the market environment and customer pain points. He emphasized that all personnel should develop a habit of continuous learning, and the marketing team leader should lead the team to build capabilities, identify customer needs, and create value for customers. Subsequently, Daniel Liang focused deeply on 2025, finely dismantled the goals and tasks for the new year, rigorously deployed strategic planning, and embarked on a new journey of progress, with the aim of winning!
