In order to enhance the management thinking of the backbone of ZheJiang Kaihua Moulds Co.,Ltd, establish the management awareness of all employees, achieve goal management for all staff, cultivate a group of young cadres who understand finance and ROE management, improve enterprise efficiency, and assist in the comprehensive budget management upgrade by 2025, Kaihua officially launched the ROE management project in November 2024 in cooperation with Mr. Fu, a financial management expert from Action Education.
Mr. Fu is the main lecturer of the EMBA program "Financial Control" for the President of Action Education, the founder of ROE Growth System, co-founder of Action Fund, former CFO of Fosun Group, and a certified public accountant in China. From November 13th to 16th, Mr. Fu visited Kaihua for guidance and training through a 2-day enterprise research interview and a 1-week pre class homework guidance. He provided training on "ROE Operating Budget" for all middle and senior management personnel of Kaihua, helping them understand the core role of ROE operating budget in enterprise financial management, master the methods of formulating and implementing ROE operating budget, and learn how to optimize resource allocation and improve capital efficiency through ROE operating budget.
After four days of intense study and three nights of hard work, 92 middle and senior management personnel mastered the budgeting method, formed preliminary model data, and conducted an exciting clearance roadshow. This training is not only an improvement in personal abilities, but also an important investment in the future development of Kaihua. By delving into the ROE operating budget, Kaihua's management team will more accurately grasp financial indicators, optimize resource allocation, and enhance the company's operational efficiency and profitability.
In this training, Kaihua's management team demonstrated extremely high professional competence and teamwork spirit. We have not only mastered the budgeting method and obtained preliminary model data, but also developed specific action plans to complete the 2025 budget work by the end of December, ensuring the effective execution of the budget. Each team has been assigned specific tasks, and we need to develop a ROE budget that meets the strategic goals of ZheJiang Kaihua Moulds Co.,Ltd based on the actual situation of Kaihua, combined with market data and financial models. In this process, everyone utilized their expertise, some were responsible for data analysis, some were responsible for financial modeling, and some were responsible for market research. We collaborated and supported each other, facing challenges together.
In the training course, Teacher Mr. Fu provided a detailed explanation of the definition, calculation method, and importance of ROE in business operations, giving each participant a new understanding of this key financial indicator. He comprehensively explained the four implementation steps of setting goals, forming teams, budgeting, and managing budgets; Effective coaching is provided from the four dimensions of learning, practice, examination, and competition, aiming to cultivate managers and cadres, promote managers to upgrade their management skills, make Kaihua goals more clear, make management decisions more scientific, and make Kaihua development safer.
During the one minute sharing session every morning, everyone actively participated and shared their opinions and experiences. This interactive learning experience also benefited us greatly. Through the concise words and phrases summarized by Teacher Fu, the powerful lyrics of "ROE Management Budget" were formed one by one. Each group took the stage in a phalanx form to sing together, remembering the ROE theory in a fun way and deepening their impression.
On the final day of the clearance roadshow, senior management from four companies,ZheJiang kaihua Moulds Co.,Ltd,TaiZhou Kaihua Automobile Moulds Co.,Ltd,ZheJiang Jingkai Mould & Plastic Technology Co.,Ltd,and TaiZhou Jingkai Industrial Designing Co.,Ltd personally participated and provided detailed introductions to their respective teams' 2025 budget situations and specific action plans. This is not only a comprehensive display of the training results, but also an in-depth exploration of the company's future development.
