By introducing high-precision CNC machine tools and collaborative robots, using machine vision, Sensor and other technologies, using the FANUC Wutong system, successfully launched the first automated production line for insert and top block processing in the domestic mold industry, realizing organic integration of the entire mold life cycle. In 2022, Kaihua was successfully awarded the Zhejiang Province Digital Workshop.
