The afternoon of August 10th, the 9th Reading and Growth meeting of Kaihua was officially held in Huangyan Headquarters. Mr. Daniel Liang - CEO of Kaihua Moulds to study the book "Performance Growth", and made Kaihua's corporate strategy and management goals more clear through wargames, so that employees could really move, and awaken and tap the potential of all employees through the four steps of "goal, measure, evaluation and incentive".

Each group reflects on the shortcomings and areas for improvement in their work based on the core knowledge points they have gained from reading "Performance Growth," and summarizes them. Finally, they distill the core ideas into a team improvement plan, specifying the responsible person and monitor, and each team representative takes the stage to present the thinking behind and share the team improvement plan.
