It has a history of 30 years and has great influence in Eurasia. It is an ideal platform for European and Asian plastic enterprises to build cooperation.
Under the trend of cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and energy conservation in the plastic industry, Kaihua actively welcomes challenges and continuously achieves technological breakthroughs in both lightweight and high efficiency aspects.This exhibition showcases new products in the automotive, logistics, and home appliances sectors, including mucell instrument panels, dual color airbag brackets, dual color headlights, high gloss dual color face shields, thin-walled bumpers, physical foam trays, MUJI storage boxes, and more.Mucell technology can effectively reduce material and production costs, improve product appearance quality. Currently, this technology is mainly used in automotive instrument panels, and Kaihua is exploring its application to more fields, bringing technological innovation to the industry. Double color injection molding greatly improves molding efficiency and product quality, requiring more complex mold design and higher mold process levels. In the home appliance sector, Kaihua Mold is positioned in the high-end market, pursuing high quality, fast delivery, and creating value for customers.
As a leading enterprise in the mold industry, Kaihua received condolences from the leaders of the Ministry of Commerce at the beginning of the exhibition. The participating colleagues provided a detailed introduction to Kaihua's current main products, technologies, and determination to create a future factory, which was highly appreciated.
Türkiye's main automobile suppliers were invited to visit the booth. Through video conference connection, Daniel Liang personally received them to discuss future cooperation. With the advancement of Chinese technology and industrial restructuring, the gap between the quality of Chinese molds and that of Europe is becoming smaller and smaller, and the service quality and after-sales support are constantly improving. We believe that in the future, Chinese molds will become increasingly popular among European customers.
