On May 21, it was the “Xiao Man” in China’s 24 solar terms. The middle and senior cadres of Kaihua Group’s Huangyan Factory, Sanmen Factory, and Ningbo Trading Company gathered at the top clubhouse of Kaihua, while the Shanghai team participated online, reading together the book Huawei Grayscale Management Law.
This reading salon was divided into four parts.
Part I. Reading Salon
Three representatives read the second chapter of the book Gray Employing Method.
Part II. Sharing
Based on their actual work conditions, the participants conducted a deep introspection of how to improve in the future by comparing with six criteria for employment: the passion for endeavour, the customer-oriented service awareness, the excellent quality of sincerity and integrity, the positive and enterprising mind, the cooperative spirit of working together, and the solid knowledge and skills; and applying five qualities of talents: initiative, conceptual thinking, influence, achievement orientation, and tenacity. Chairman Liang personally participated in this meeting, and commented on everyone’s sharing, also shared his own review. Mr. Liang said that customer were centered, whose’ reasonable requirements must be satisfied with all-out efforts without any excuses and reasons. Honesty and keeping words are the untouchable high-voltage lines of Kaihua’s values, and all Kaihua people are required to strictly abide and execute them, being faithful to customers, colleagues, family and friends.

Part IV. Dinner Party
After the sharing session, a sumptuous dinner was held on the top floor of Kaihua. Toasting and drinking, chatting and laughing, the managers of the Kaihua Hummingbird team were full of passion in their work and kept learning and developed to grow in their lives.
