The Fourth Quarter Marketing Meeting And Summary Meeting Were Successfully Held

The fourth quarter marketing meeting of 2022 and the year-end summary meeting of 2022 were held on January 15, 2022, at the headquarters of the Kaihua Group Huangyan factory.
More than 90 people from Kaihua Huangyan headquarter, Kaihua Auto Mould, Jingkai Moulding Technology, Shanghai Jingkai Sales, Ningbo Jingkai International Trade, and Jingkai Industrial Design attended this marketing meeting.
The business department managers and regional managers of each business segment reported the marketing data of the fourth quarter and the planning for the next quarter, and the senior leaders shared their feelings about the work in the fourth quarter and the improvement direction for the next quarter.
Chairman Liang Zhenghua summarized the marketing overview of the fourth quarter to all business elites and proposed four points that business people need to learn and develop: “decomposition of goals, increased confidence, quality service, and excellent skills”, and also clarified the guiding direction for the work focus of 2023.
At the same time, more than 200 middle and senior team members attended the year-end summary meeting. At the meeting, Mr. Liang emphasized that the company must grasp the four work themes of “change and innovation management”, “talent development management”, “customer relationship management” and “solid foundation management”. Each department also reported in detail the annual data and work results of 2022 and the key work plan and improvement direction for 2023.
