On the morning of March 8, Cheng Xiaohui, a government official from the Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, and others visited Kaihua Moulds to investigate the industry, accompanied by several municipal leaders. Daniel Liang, chairman of Kaihua Moulds, warmly received him.
Chairman Liang introduced the four major business segments of automotives, household appliances, logistics, and medical care and their proportions to Director Cheng and his team in detail. He discussed the formation of large-scale deep-cavity mucell injection molds for automotive dashboards, and precision and complex large-scale medical device structural parts. The manufacture of special equipment and the mold of the sizeable micro-opening chemical foaming machine bilge guard plate was described in detail. Director Cheng expressed his approval and believed that Kaihua has excellent potential to identify the first set of major technical equipment and that Kaihua can crack more “stuck neck” projects have created more breakthrough achievements.
Daniel Liang led Cheng Xiaohui and his team to visit the workshop, showing the perfect implementation of the unique KMS lean management system in the company’s operations, such as KMS lean management and KMS nine waste rules. During the process of visiting steel materials, graphite processing automation lines and top equipment, Director Cheng and Chairman Liang had a serious exchange, and highly appreciated Kaihua’s goal of digitization and low carbonization.
